Candidate can be remote but must live and work in the US in Central or Eastern Time Zone only.

Acts as a recognized technical expert in a strategic business application, technology, industry or ACI service offering. Functions as a high level individual contributor in at least one technical area. Utilizes expertise in business management practices, industry requirements and information technology disciplines to develop technical and/or business solutions to client problems. Complies with all applicable ACI Time and Expense reporting processes and procedures.

Approves and reports all time and expense information by the deadlines.

• Industry/Business Analysis:
  Analyze client’s business needs, integrate client’s business strategies and recommend appropriate information technology solutions utilizing ACI’s methodologies. Conduct analysis of corporate objectives, critical success factors, business functions and processes. Plan, integrate and manage the implementation of new technology.
• Project Management:
  Perform a variety of duties involved with managing large, strategic and/or multiple projects. Establish critical success factors for the project(s). Develop and improve strategic processes and direction for projects. Develop project plans and Statements of Work early in the project life cycle. Solve highly technical and complex problems for project(s). Guide and provide ultimate technical direction for projects. May audit projects for adherence to plans.
  
  Contribute to knowledge management by documenting best practices and forwarding to knowledge management repositories.
• Business Development/Sales Support:
  Contribute significantly to the regional/product’s business development and sales support efforts for a particular territory, industry or account. Align business development activities with regional/product’s business needs. Contribute to the development and execution of overall business and marketing plan. Identify new business opportunities. Meet with prospective, current and former clients describing and defining ACI’s services particularly as they relate to area of specialty.
  
  Prepare and present detailed presentations to extend existing, develop additional and create new client contracts. Identify staff that matches client/project need.
• Mentoring Employees:
  Act as a mentor, coach or trainer to consultants by sharing business expertise. Ensure that necessary staff information is updated and entered into ACI’s Time and Expense Reporting System by the deadlines.

  May be required to perform other non-essential functions such as working independently from broad guidelines. Manage projects and balance competing demands in an environment with rapidly changing circumstances and priorities. Responsible for meeting project schedules and deadlines and apprising management of progress.

Recognized expert in one or more technical disciplines, unique applications, or particular industry(s). Expertise in ACI’s methodologies or service offerings such as ISM, PDM, ESP/BAU, Fraud Risk Management Optimization, Advanced Payment Solutions, etc. Advanced knowledge and training in ACI’s software development method (PDM). Knowledge of payment architecture, ACI product architecture, ACI product configuration & operational architecture, global payment network architecture, network architecture or database architecture.
