What You'll Be Doing
  • Collaborate with the team to close deals based on submitted estimates and work toward achieving annual sales goals.
  • Conduct field measurements to accurately assess the scope of work for repairs.
  • Travel to meet with current and prospective customers to showcase services and generate new orders (up to 30% travel).
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
  • Accurately entering customer sales data into our systems to support operations.
  • Investigate and resolve customer challenges, turning issues into opportunities for improvement.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering guidance and building strong partnerships.
  • Meet directly with clients to foster professional relationships and enhance their experience.
  • Facilitate communication between the sales and operations departments for smooth collaboration.
  • Report directly to the Director of M&A, contributing to overall success by ensuring excellent service and support to clients.

What Skills & Experience You'll Bring To Us
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience or a recent college graduate with an attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to respond effectively to common inquiries and resolve complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, and business community members.
  • Experience presenting information confidently to top management, public groups, and boards of directors.
  • Solid grasp of general mathematical concepts to support decision-making and analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in spreadsheet software and word processing, enabling efficient data management and documentation.
