The Lead, Services Account Manager, has the responsibility to lead the sales activities of the organization for a specific geographical area (US and Canada). Define & implement sales strategies to identify potential customers, managing existing customer relationships to deliver budgeted sales and margin target in leading a high-performing team..

Your Mission
  • Lead the implementation and execution of service sales strategies for the assigned scope and the Americas region.
  • Ensure budgeted sales and margin targets are met by developing strategic and tactical sales plans based on market potential.
  • Lead a high-performing team, fostering professional development and building expertise in service account management.
  • Manage the sales forecast process, ensuring accuracy and predictability.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
  • Play a key role in shaping customer experience and satisfaction, positioning Sidel as a trusted partner in the packaging industry.
  • Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Technical, HR, TA) to support business objectives.
  • Monitor performance metrics and report to senior management.
Your Profile
  • Degree in Engineering, Sales, Business, MBA or related field
  • Experience in account management (B2B) Sales, Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and territory/business area management, particularly in the packaging solutions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong in Business Development, coaching and training and key account management.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and market trends.
  • Fluent in English;
    French, Spanish or Portuguese would be an asset.
  • Willingness to travel within US and occasionally across the Americas region (minimum 30% of the time/ up to 60%).
