Human Resources and Safety Business Partner Job Summary:

The National Accounts Manager oversees the company’s effort to maintain and expand relationships with large, multi-location customers.

• Establishes productive, professional relationships with key contacts at accounts.
• Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet the customers’ expectations.
• Achieves account-specific sales goals.
• Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
• Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings to meet company standards.
• Prospects new accounts and visits current accounts to grow and maintain relationships.
• Work with marketing on developing and implementing a strategy for internet marketing.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Proficiency in operating software, MS-Word and MS-Excel.
• Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Six or more years of related sales experience.
• 2 or more years of experience within rigid packaging industry or related field required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience.

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• This position requires travel and, therefore, a personal vehicle is required.
• Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
• Position may require occasional weekend and/or evening work.
