As a Shift Leader, you’ll guide Team Members and managers during your shift to deliver exceptional Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Responsibilities may include:
- Planning and managing each shift
- Overseeing inventory
- Monitoring team performance and ensuring McDonald’s gold standards
- Maintaining food safety, security, and profitability
- Handling daily maintenance and cleanliness
- Leading crew training and management
- Ensuring quality food production
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Respectful communication in a team setting
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment and quick problem‑solving
- Upholding high standards of integrity and customer satisfaction
- Engaging with customers and maintaining a positive attitude under pressure
- Following safety and cleanliness procedures
- Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
- Stand for 8-10 hours
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Climb ladders for general maintenance
- Perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, and reaching
