As a Shift Leader, you’ll guide Team Members and managers during your shift to deliver exceptional Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Responsibilities may include:

• Planning and managing each shift
• Overseeing inventory
• Monitoring team performance and ensuring McDonald’s gold standards
• Maintaining food safety, security, and profitability
• Handling daily maintenance and cleanliness
• Leading crew training and management
• Ensuring quality food production
• Providing outstanding customer service

• Respectful communication in a team setting
• Thriving in a fast-paced environment and quick problem‑solving
• Upholding high standards of integrity and customer satisfaction
• Engaging with customers and maintaining a positive attitude under pressure
• Following safety and cleanliness procedures

• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
• Stand for 8-10 hours
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Climb ladders for general maintenance
• Perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, and reaching
