The Forklift division is seeking a Product Warehouse Sales Trainer to collaborate closely with the Hyundai Sales Team and Dealer Sales Principals. The role involves instructing, training, and supporting dealers, communicating effectively, and implementing training solutions for Warehouse products in classes I, II, & III. The trainer will manage relationships with internal teams, dealers, and vendors to ensure dealer sales capability, customer satisfaction, and increased sales.

The position requires working with the Product Coordinator to meet organizational objectives, emphasizing customer needs, providing a best-in-class experience, and fostering a positive service environment within the product support team. Interaction with dealers to support sales efforts and overall satisfaction is essential.

Responsibilities include:

  • Possessing excellent knowledge of Class I, II, & III industrial trucks.
  • Demonstrating strong presentation skills.
  • Having extensive experience in Narrow Aisle, warehouse layout, throughput, and DC applications within the industrial truck field.
  • Training dealer sales personnel and District Sales Managers in Warehouse and Narrow Aisle applications.
  • Using PowerPoint and related tools to modify and create presentations and training materials.
  • Creating product and training materials for Warehouse & Narrow Aisle products.
  • Researching competitors and building comparison presentations.
  • Possessing strong public speaking and communication skills to conduct training classes effectively.
  • Interacting effectively with diverse nationalities, ages, and experience levels with patience.
  • Working well in a team to achieve training goals with minimal supervision.
  • Traveling periodically (domestic and international) and obtaining necessary travel documentation.
  • Providing regular product training for Classes 1, 2, and 3 to dealers.
  • Researching the market for Class 4 & 5 and reporting findings to the PM team and HQ.
  • Developing sales tools through comparison analysis and sharing with dealers.
  • Communicating with dealers to schedule and support training needs.
  • Maintaining proactive communication to gather feedback and align messaging.

Other duties:

  • Performing additional duties as assigned by management.
  • Maintaining and developing product brochures and related literature.

Work environment and requirements:

  • Non-smoking office environment with some heavy lifting.
  • Mostly sitting at a computer and phone use.
  • 25%-30% travel required, accommodations available for handicapped employees.
