The Supply Chain Coordinator supports the Supply Chain team through the execution of procurement and contract management functions that align with strategic sourcing objectives. This role ensures supplier agreements are maintained and renewed to achieve the best overall value for cost, quality, and service. The position collaborates closely with internal stakeholders and external services providers and suppliers to optimize procurement decisions, improve operational efficiencies and maintain compliance with established policies and performance standards.

• Drafts, reviews, negotiates, and maintain contracts and other business documents in support of internal business-to-business agreements.
• Manages the process of contract terminations, expirations, extensions and renewals of goods and services suppliers.
• Works with internal and client stakeholders to support supplier needs and ensure compliance with processes and policies.
• Interacts with suppliers for business needs and service oversight as applicable.
• Partners with Finance team to ensure accurate supplier registration and vendor additions, timely payments and adherence to contractual obligations.

• Experience of evaluating supplier options and supplier selection processes.
• Contract knowledge and execution.
• Stakeholder alignment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities.

• Bachelor’s Degree (Supply Chain or related field)

• 3-7 years

• Supply Chain/Procurement experience
