- Implementation of safety program to maintain a safe and health work environment
- Conduct regular walk‑through inspections of construction areas
- Identifying, documenting, and recommending resolutions for potentially hazardous/hazardous conditions. Follow through to ensure corrections are made.
- Investigate personal injury and property damage accidents
- Compile data and photographs, etc;
Prepare relevant forms and reports per program procedures and state, federal, and local r egulations related to accidents. - Conduct various industrial site samplings (ex: O2, gas, noise, etc) to ensure safe working conditions.
- Perform additional assignments per supervisor’s discretion and company needs.
- Four‑year program in occupational health/safety, or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or industrial‑related safety experience.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Ability to recognize hazardous/potentially hazardous conditions and recommend solutions.
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
