This is a full-time, on-site role for a Roofing Estimator located in Norcross, GA. The Roofing Estimator will be responsible for evaluating project specifications, preparing accurate cost estimates, and assessing material and labor requirements. Additional tasks include site visits to gather project details, creating bid proposals, collaborating with clients and team members, and monitoring market pricing trends. The Estimator will ensure all estimates align with company standards and customer requirements while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

• Strong skills in cost estimation, budgeting, and evaluating project specifications
• Proficiency in analyzing materials, labor requirements, and market pricing trends
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with clients and internal teams
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for preparing accurate bid proposals and project documentation
• Familiarity with commercial roofing systems and construction processes is highly desirable
• Proficiency in relevant software tools used for estimation and project management
• Ability to conduct site visits and assess project requirements on-location
• Prior experience in a similar role or in the roofing/construction industry is an asset
