CMES, Inc. (Norcross, GA) needs Sr. Project Engineer
Responsibilities- Lead and oversee all phases of the construction project including scheduling, resource allocation and coordination.
- Review and manage submittals, RFIs and change orders to maintain full compliance and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track project budget, analyze cost reports to prevent overruns and support profitability goals.
- Manage relationships with vendors and subcontractors including negotiations, procurement and invoice approvals.
- Ensure all work adheres to regulatory requirements and GDOT standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with superintendents and foremen to schedule and plan daily activities and allocate tasks to labor for maximum productivity.
- Travel/relocation to various unanticipated client sites within GA is required; exact site location and travel frequency may vary depending on project availability.
- Master’s Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience:
2 years’ experience as Project Engineer or related.
