• Conduct compliance requirement analysis with clients per ANSI/ISO standards
• Strategically promote HAI safety solutions through sales enablement initiatives
• Execute regulatory compliance audits on warehouse automation systems (per NFPA
  79/UL508A/ANSI B11.0)
• Develop technical specifications through regulatory translation (ISO 12100/IEC 62061/IEC 60204-1/etc)
• Implement Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) methodology across product lifecycle phases
• Formulate risk mitigation strategies compliant with 29 CFR 1910 and ISO 13849-1 standards or other related regulations and harmonized standards

• BS in Engineering + 7 years' compliance engineering experience (machinery systems focus)
• Technical Proficiency in Warehouse Robotic Systems (ASME B30/ISO 3691-4)
• Expert knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1910 with ANSI harmonized standards implementation
• Business Proficiency in English (CEFR C1+);
  Mandarin preferred
• Background in Electronic and Electrical Development preferred

• Notified Body Certification Experience (EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC)
• NEBOSH National Diploma equivalency (high-throughput logistics environments)
• CMSE Certification (PILZ accredited machinery safety training)
• Lean Six Sigma Process Optimization (Value Stream Mapping certification)
• TÜV Rheinland Functional Safety Certification (IEC 61508/ISO 26262)
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Self-Directed Project Management (PMI/PMP methodologies)
