Manufacturing Execution System – Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and highly‑qualified Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Solution Architect to join our team. This permanent role is a key position within our Engineering department where you will design, develop, and implement MES solutions that meet our business needs and align with our technology strategy.

$110,000 – $120,000 per year

• Design and implement MES solutions that meet business requirements and align with the company’s technology strategy.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business needs and develop MES solutions that meet these needs.
• Lead the development of MES architecture and ensure its alignment with the overall IT architecture.
• Develop and implement MES standards, best practices, and guidelines.
• Identify and troubleshoot any issues with the MES system, and provide technical support as needed.
• Collaborate with vendors and partners to ensure the successful execution of MES projects.
• Conduct training sessions to educate staff on the use of the MES system.
• Stay current with the latest technology trends and innovations in the MES field and recommend improvements to the system as necessary.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience with SCADA, Ignition 8.1 Gold Certification, Python programming, and manufacturing domain.
• Strong knowledge of industrial control systems, back‑end computing infrastructure, networking, databases, and virtualization.
• Exceptional problem‑solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and collaborate with all levels of the organization.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and systems.
• Ability to stay current with the latest technology trends and innovations in the MES field.
