About the role

As a Computacenter Lead Consultant, you will provide transformative technology solutions to visionary companies, focusing on architecting, deploying, and optimizing both VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) and Dell Power Flex environments. You will leverage deep expertise in VCF (including vSphere, vSAN, NSX, Aria Suite, and SDDC Manager) and Dell Power Flex to deliver high-quality private and hybrid cloud solutions, integrating advanced capabilities and supporting multi-vendor technology ecosystems.

You will work within an industry-leading sales and technical team to understand client needs and craft sustainable roadmaps. From strategy to fulfillment and managed services, you will help clients leverage VCF and Dell Power Flex to achieve more than they ever thought possible.

Annual Salary range: $150K - $170K USD

What you'll be doing

• Lead architecture, design, deployment, and optimization of VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) and Dell Power Flex solutions.
• Integrate advanced VCF 9.0 capabilities and Dell Power Flex features into enterprise environments.
• Conduct workshops, knowledge transfers, and lead internal technical training and evangelism for VCF and Power Flex.
• Oversee integration with third‑party storage, network, security, backup, and automation tools, including Dell Power Flex.
• Create and deliver technical documentation, architectural blueprints, best‑practice guidelines, and modernization roadmaps for VCF and Power Flex.
• Participate in or lead pre‑sales efforts, technical scoping, proposals, and RFP responses for VCF and Power Flex projects.
• Maintain deep familiarity with VMware’s evolving VCF portfolio and Dell Power Flex advancements, driving use of advanced services and integrated automation.
• Troubleshoot multi‑vendor issues, create remediation plans, and plan execution for VCF and Power Flex environments.
• Achieve and maintain industry and partner‑focused certifications as they relate to VCF and Dell Power Flex.

What you have

• 5+ years of professional experience in large enterprise environments, with a focus on designing, deploying, and managing complex VMware Cloud Foundation and Dell Power Flex infrastructure solutions.
• Must be proficient in VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) and Dell Power Flex, with hands‑on experience deploying and managing integrated cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Professional vendor certifications are highly preferred, including:
• VMware Certified Professional (VCP) – Data Center Virtualization (vSphere)
• VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) certification
• Dell Power Flex Specialist certification
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Proficiency in VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) and Dell Power Flex:
  Strong understanding of VCF components and Power Flex architecture, with the ability to design and deploy integrated cloud infrastructure solutions.
