Key Responsibilities:A Mechanical Engineer is responsible for completing the following duties:
- Coordinate product design and development for equipment used in processing bulk material and aggregates
- Design and detail custom conveying equipment
- Perform design analysis for components
- Complete bills of material
- Evaluate and implement design changes
- Other duties as assigned

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering or related education
- Thorough understanding of:
- Drafting standards, dimensioning, and tolerances
- Mechanical power relationships such as horse power, torque, speed, ratios
- Shaft, bearing, and power transmission design and analysis
- Strengths of materials and structural analysis
- ASD steel design code
- Training and/or experience in using 2D AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor or similar 3D CAD software experience is a bonus.
