Senior Financial Systems Analyst

SUMMARY Our PE backed, growing client is seeking a Senior Accounting Systems Analyst to join their team. The Senior Accounting Systems Analyst will be responsible for Financial Systems support and will serve as a facilitator and functional resource for a construction accounting system and related applications. This role will provide functional application expertise for various modules and will serve as the system administrator of the accounting system.

• Assist project team with implementation of accounting application suite and transition to key support role for users in construction company
• Perform maintenance and administration of key foundation data elements
• Act as liaison between Corporate Accounting team & construction company by troubleshooting, writing ad hoc queries & reports, and creating upload templates
• Identify potential opportunities to improve existing processes
• Document and test functional requirements for configuration changes and customizations
• Develop test plans and coordinate testing procedures for new implementations or changing processes, including writing process documentation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated attention to detail
• Experience with construction accounting and systems
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or MIS
• Strong understanding surrounding financial close and financial reporting processes
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with other team members

Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $/yr

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. As required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting.
