- Americas

Norcross, GA | Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days remote)

Strong collections professionals know that success is more than making calls and sending emails. It's about building relationships, understanding customer needs, solving problems, and using good judgment to balance customer experience with business results.

At Mölnlycke, we're looking for a Credit & Collections Specialist to join a close-knit, collaborative team that plays a critical role in supporting cash flow and protecting the business. This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of a portfolio of customer accounts, drive collection efforts, contribute to credit decisions, and work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Care, Finance, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and keep accounts moving forward.

This role is heavily focused on collections, while also providing exposure to credit analysis and risk management.

If you enjoy building relationships, staying organized, digging into problems, and making an impact through your expertise, we'd love to hear from you. This team is known for being hardworking, supportive, and determined, while still making time to celebrate successes and enjoy working together.

What You'll Do
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial customer accounts across the Americas region
  • Drive collections activities and proactively reduce overdue balances
  • Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues, disputes, deductions, and claims
  • Support credit reviews, credit limit recommendations, and customer risk assessments
  • Analyze account trends, payment history, and financial information to support business decisions
  • Contribute to process improvements, reporting enhancements, and operational efficiencies
  • Serve as a trusted resource for Credit & Collections best practices and guidance

This role offers a competitive base salary and annual bonus! Offers of employment consider various factors including experience, education, location, and role-specific requirements.

Our comprehensive benefits package is designed to support your health, financial well-being, and work-life harmony:

  • Financial benefits include a robust 401(k) plan with company match, profit sharing, tuition reimbursement, life insurance and both flexible spending accounts and health savings accounts.
  • Molnlycke offers generous paid time off, paid parental leave, an Employee Assistance Program and lifestyle perks like discounted access to entertainment and travel
What You'll Bring Required
  • 3+ years of Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, or Order-to-Cash experience
  • Experience managing customer accounts and collections activities
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced communication and relationship-building skills
