Your Responsibilities as a Patient Service Coordinator- Reconcile patient payments and units billed while following HIPAA guidelines
- Follow processes for insurance verification and/or benefits management
- Obtain authorization and/or prior authorization
- Over the counter collections and reconciliation of all charges weekly and monthly
- Maintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal operational departments
- At minimum, a High School or GED diploma (submission of diploma for the highest level of education obtained will be required)
- 1-2 years of customer service experience (healthcare experience preferred)
- Full Time Mon-Fri (schedule varies)
- Pay Range: $16-$18/hr
