Patient Services Coordinator

Overview

Patient Services Coordinator at PT Solutions Physical Therapy. You will be the vital link between patients, providers, and insurers—ensuring every step of the care journey is seamless, efficient, and supportive.

In this role you’ll take ownership of key administrative and communication processes that keep our practice moving: verifying insurance coverage, securing prior authorizations, coordinating physician referrals, and optimizing schedules to help patients access care quickly and confidently. Norcross, Georgia 30092 (5270 Peachtree Pkwy, Ste 116)

• Reconcile patient payments and units billed while following HIPAA guidelines
• Follow processes for insurance verification and/or benefits management
• Obtain authorization and/or prior authorization
• Over the counter collections and reconciliation of all charges weekly and monthly
• Maintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal operational departments

• At minimum, a High School or GED diploma (submission of diploma for the highest level of education obtained will be required)
• 1-2 years of customer service experience (healthcare experience preferred)

• Full Time Mon-Fri (schedule varies)

• Pay Range: $16-$18/hr
