Our Team Members are the face of our company and the first step in providing quality service and hospitality to our guests. Crew member opportunities are available practically anytime: breakfast, lunch, late nights, weekends – whatever suits your schedule. To be successful in this role, Team Members must be able to smile, maintain eye contact, and have a cheerful and positive attitude.
Job Duties- Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- Help customers order their favorite meals
- Prepare customers meals
- Partner with other Team Members and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
- Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
- Serve and help others
- Excellent customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Must be able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, team environment
- Must be at least 16 years of age and authorized to work in the US
- Ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling and reaching
- Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
- Ability to stand for 8–10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
