People Operations ManagerLocation: North Metro Atlanta
Schedule: Fully in-office, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Base Salary Range: 80,000 - 85,000 + Quarterly Bonuses + Goal-Based Incentives

Key Responsibilities- HR Essentials
- Manage onboarding
- Answer benefits questions and coordinate with vendors
- Administer Vensure PEO platform
- Employee Engagement & Goal Management
- Assist in the implementation of goal management software
- Facilitate quarterly goal‑setting meetings and track progress
- Motivate employees and leaders to achieve goals
- Culture Champion
- Serve as a resource for employees across all departments
- Promote a positive, collaborative work environment
- Assist with culture surveys and reporting
- Recruiting
- Own the full cycle recruiting process
- Develop job descriptions and sourcing strategies
- Training Needs Assessments
- Identify development opportunities and skill gaps - training needs across the organization
- Design and deliver training programs specific to the company
- Experience:
6–8 years in HR or People Operations - Technical
Skills:
Familiarity with Vensure PEO platform and HR systems - Soft Skills:
Service‑oriented, collaborative, nurturing, and mature - Bonus Points:
Interest in AI and automation (client is building 20 automations this year!) - Education:
No degree required—experience and personality matter most
