People Operations Manager

Location: North Metro Atlanta
Schedule: Fully in-office, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Base Salary Range: 80,000 - 85,000 + Quarterly Bonuses + Goal-Based Incentives

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Essentials
    • Manage onboarding
    • Answer benefits questions and coordinate with vendors
    • Administer Vensure PEO platform
  • Employee Engagement & Goal Management
    • Assist in the implementation of goal management software
    • Facilitate quarterly goal‑setting meetings and track progress
    • Motivate employees and leaders to achieve goals
  • Culture Champion
    • Serve as a resource for employees across all departments
    • Promote a positive, collaborative work environment
    • Assist with culture surveys and reporting
  • Recruiting
    • Own the full cycle recruiting process
    • Develop job descriptions and sourcing strategies
  • Training Needs Assessments
    • Identify development opportunities and skill gaps - training needs across the organization
    • Design and deliver training programs specific to the company
What You Bring
  • Experience:

    6–8 years in HR or People Operations
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Familiarity with Vensure PEO platform and HR systems
  • Soft Skills:

    Service‑oriented, collaborative, nurturing, and mature
  • Bonus Points:

    Interest in AI and automation (client is building 20 automations this year!)
  • Education:

    No degree required—experience and personality matter most
