This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic HR professional to partner with portfolio companies and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders. The HR Business Partner will design and implement strategic HR solutions that support business needs and drive growth through effective talent initiatives. The position offers a blend of hands‑on execution and the chance to partner with the business to lead strategic initiatives across the company.
It works closely with the Head of Human Resources and other senior business leaders to drive success.
- Collaborate with business leaders to implement innovative talent strategies, including workforce planning, succession planning, talent assessment, development, top grading and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with employee relations matters and HR policies.
- Leverage metrics and data to identify trends, providing recommendations to enhance performance, retention, and employee engagement.
- Partner with leaders on the development and delivery of employee communication and engagement initiatives.
- Manage the implementation of complex projects from design to completion, including change management.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or business administration.
- 10+ years of Human Resources experience in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
- HR Business Partner experience within a technical staffing organization and/or product SaaS company preferred.
- Excellent ability to influence all organizational levels and make timely, effective, data-driven decisions.
- Proven ability to apply advanced customer focus, sound judgment, analytical skills, critical thinking, and strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal).
- Proven ability to work effectively in a self-directed, proactive, and results-oriented manner within a complex, fast-paced environment at all organizational levels.
- Proven expertise in Human Resources, including Talent Development, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Employee Relations and Wellness, Employee Engagement and Productivity, Organizational Design, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and Change Management.
- Preferred certifications: SHRM-CP and/or PHR.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business or Human Resources Management preferred.
