HR Manager
. This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity which requires in-office work. Only candidates who live in the metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia, USA area will be considered since in-office work is required.

$90,000.00/yr - $/yr

• Manage new hire onboarding and orientation
• Oversee payroll
• Handle benefits administration
• Develop HR policies and procedures
• Manage sourcing and recruitment
• Establish performance management programs

• Must be bilingual in Spanish
• Must be able to manage 1 late day shift (1p - 9p) each week.
• Must have at least 3 years of HR management experience
• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business or HR preferred
• SHRM Certified Professional preferred
• Experience in Paycom is preferred
• Must be a team player with strong collaborative skills
• Must possess strong problem-solving skills
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
