Vaco Atlanta has partnered with an impressive company in Norcross, GA in their search for a Bilingual
HR Manager
. This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity which requires in-office work. Only candidates who live in the metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia, USA area will be considered since in-office work is required.
$90,000.00/yr - $/yr
Responsibilities- Manage new hire onboarding and orientation
- Oversee payroll
- Handle benefits administration
- Develop HR policies and procedures
- Manage sourcing and recruitment
- Establish performance management programs
- Must be bilingual in Spanish
- Must be able to manage 1 late day shift (1p - 9p) each week.
- Must have at least 3 years of HR management experience
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business or HR preferred
- SHRM Certified Professional preferred
- Experience in Paycom is preferred
- Must be a team player with strong collaborative skills
- Must possess strong problem-solving skills
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
