HR Manager

Overview

Vaco Atlanta is working with an impressive company in Peachtree Corners, GA in their search for an HR Manager
. This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity which requires 100% in-office work
. Only candidates who live in the metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia, USA area will be considered since in-office work is required.

• Administer personnel policies & procedures
• Maintain HR compliance
• Implement strategies for recruiting, retention and succession planning
• Oversee talent acquisition including job posting, sourcing, interviewing and onboarding
• Administer & oversee benefits, compensation and leave programs
• Train managers regarding Employee Relations issues
• Execute year-end performance reviews
• Maintain HR records & reporting
• Identify areas of improvement and provide training

• Bachelor s/Master s Degree in Business or HR preferred
• HR Certification preferred
• Must have at least 3 years of HR management experience as an HR Generalist is preferred
• Experience in Paylocity is preferred
• Must have familiarity with employment law and compliance
• Preferred experience in small company setting
• Must be a team player with strong collaborative skills
• Must possess strong problem-solving skills
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
