• Assist in the development and maintenance of dashboards to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Conduct financial, expense, and ministry objective analysis using Tableau and Excel.
• Perform basic forecasting and trend analysis to support planning efforts.
• Partner with BI Developers to define business rules and ensure data integrity.
• Assist in database cleanup and organization to improve reporting quality.
• Translate business needs into analytical requirements under guidance.
• Identify patterns and anomalies in data to inform strategic decisions.
• Present findings clearly to stakeholders across departments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand data needs.
• Support testing and validation of BI tools and reports.
• Participate in team knowledge sharing and code reviews.
• Contribute to discussions on data strategy and tool improvements.

  Degree in Computer Science or related field of study or 2+ years of experience in related field; ability to quickly learn various software solutions.

  Experience with SQL; experience with Tableau; experience with Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft 365 Suite.
