Technical Project Manager; MSP

We are a fast growing Cloud and Managed Services provider specializing in healthcare environments. The organization is scaling quickly across multiple regions and investing heavily in growth, operations, and leadership development. We are hiring a Technical Project Manager (MSP) to own and evolve the client onboarding process while supporting project execution and internal operational initiatives. This is a hands off role day to day, but it requires a background working hands on in an MSP environment so you can scope accurately, guide engineers, and anticipate risks during delivery.

• Own end to end client onboarding for new site buildouts
• Take an existing onboarding playbook and refine it to be more repeatable and scalable
• Spend roughly 20% to 30% of time focused on onboarding and new environment builds
• Manage project timelines, scope, and coordination across technical teams
• Act as the bridge between planning and execution for leadership and engineering
• Support infrastructure and cloud projects without being the primary implementer
• Drive internal IT initiatives and operational improvements
• Standardize workflows, documentation, and handoffs between teams

• MSP experience with prior hands on technical background
• Experience as a systems engineer, project engineer, or similar before moving into project work
• Strong understanding of onboarding, migrations, and MSP project delivery
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at once
• Clear communicator with strong documentation and process ownership skills
• Interest in growing into operational leadership or team management

• $90k to $100k base salary
