We are looking for a compassionate and bilingual (Spanish/English bilingual preferred) associate attorney to join our dynamic team full-time!
We specialize in immigration law and traffic citations and we need a dedicated attorney to help us make a difference.
What You’ll Do- Meet with clients, conduct legal research, and review, prepare and file immigration filings
- Maintain, manage, and update client files with accuracy and attention to detail
- Advise and represent clients in immigration cases, making a meaningful impact on their lives
- Represent clients at immigration hearings, USCIS interviews, and traffic hearings (if barred in Georgia)
- Active admission to a state bar in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in immigration law (preferred)
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to exceeding expectations
- Collaborative team player with proven leadership abilities
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (preferred)
- Experience in criminal defense or personal injury matters is a plus
- Positive attitude and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
