Associate Attorney

About the Firm

Sokolof Remtulla, LLP is a national real estate / creditor's rights law firm with offices in Georgia (Norcross), Florida (Orlando, Lake Worth), and California (Irvine). Our rapidly expanding firm is looking for an attorney in our Georgia office that will include immediate leadership opportunities. We offer mentorship and training in several different areas of law.

• Manage a case load.
• Develop relationships with office staff and clients.
• Communicate via telephone and e‑mail.
• Use the firm’s case management system.
• Draft documents and e‑file as required.

• Must be licensed to practice law in Georgia and be in “good standing.”
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience with Perfect Practice, Case Aware, Loan Sphere, Tempo, Serengeti or similar case management systems is welcomed, but not required.
• Ability to think and act independently.
• Prior experience in mortgage default work, including foreclosure, title, and/or related litigation is highly desired but not absolutely required if the candidate has other suitable experience.
• Georgia bar license in good standing.

Pay:
Competitive and dependent on prior work experience.
