Operations Supervisor - Surgical
Agiliti is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor – Surgical to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of laser technicians, manage equipment inventory, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Primary Responsibilities- Maintain professional relationships with physicians, hospital staff, office staff, and technicians, and supervise staff performing services.
- Manage equipment inventory, supplies, and fleet vehicles; coordinate with district management to support customer retention and act as a subject‑matter expert.
- Provide training and support for key office functions, including billing.
- Build and maintain schedules, staffing plans, and on‑call rotations to meet service demand.
- Oversee equipment maintenance, repairs, and preventive schedules, coordinating with Technical Services.
- Ensure accurate documentation for billing, regulatory compliance, and training records.
- Participate in customer meetings, promote revenue growth, cost containment, and Agiliti service expansion.
- Lead safety, quality, and health initiatives in compliance with company, governmental, and customer policies.
- Perform additional duties as required by management.
- Lift 80 to 100 pounds; carry or move equipment; stand for long periods; walk long distances.
- Certified Laser Technician Level 2 or higher.
- 1–2 years of supervisory or customer‑service excellence experience preferred.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry, especially laser technology, preferred.
- Business management understanding preferred.
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on‑call duties.
- Capacity to stand for extended periods and walk significant distances.
- Capacity to lift and/or push up to 80 pounds.
- Quality‑orientation with a “get it right the first time” attitude.
- Adherence to patient privacy laws.
- Strong communication skills (listening, speaking, writing).
- Team orientation and respect for others.
- Proactive approach to safety, health, and quality.
- Organized with strong prioritization to meet deadlines.

- Leadership and direction to Laser Technician teams.
- Cross‑functional partnership with Technical Services, Laser Technicians, Account Executives, and Operations Managers.
- Ability to act in the Operations Manager’s absence and manage district operations.
Atlanta District/COE – Norcross, Georgia (primary job location). Additional locations may be considered if applicable.
