Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and oversee industrial installation and assembly projects from start to completion.
- Manage schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and quality requirements.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in industrial, mechanical, or electrical installation environments.
- Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/German) is a plus.
