Salary: $110,000–$125,000 base + 10%–15% performance bonus; total compensation target of $125,000–$145,000.

Position Overview:
The Supply Chain and Operations Manager will lead end-to-end operations including procurement, inventory control, production planning, and logistics to ensure seamless manufacturing and on-time delivery of precision components.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead and improve supply chain processes from sourcing to delivery.

● Collaborate with engineering and production teams to align demand planning and production schedules.

● Implement and monitor KPIs to ensure operational efficiency and quality.

● Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts for cost-effective sourcing.

● Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.

● Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.

● 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations or supply chain leadership.

● Experience in a component-based or precision manufacturing environment preferred.

● Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.

● Proficiency with ERP systems and lean principles.
