What you will be doing:

As a builder / assembler you will be hands‑on, handling the assembly of our pre‑hung doors and cabinets. You will bring the highest level of professionalism and quality of work to every project you undertake.

Essential Duties & Requirements:
  • Build items as directed by shop supervisor.
  • Meet production goals with precision.
  • Continuously monitor your progress to optimize the efficiency of projects.
  • Problem‑solve issues arising in the shop to help complete your task in a timely manner.
  • Interact positively and immediately with management to keep projects progressing.
  • Maintain your tools and work environment in a safe and clean way.
  • Respect the areas where you work as if they were your own.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude in all interactions.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team or alone.
  • Able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Required Experience and Training:
  • Three years of experience in custom woodwork, and/or cabinet making / assembly.
  • Knowledge of general safety practices or OSHA training.
  • Proficient using woodworking machines, power tools & hand tools safely.
  • Able to read shop drawings & instructions.
  • Knowledge of general construction practices and details.
  • Able to work independently and take responsibility for quality work.
  • Able to prioritize and organize effectively.
  • Knowledge of basic mathematics including fractions.

  • 40‑hour work week
