Production Associate

Overview

Omega Bio-tek is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Production Associate to join our team. As a Production Associate
, you will be responsible for producing finished products by following the appropriate procedures to ensure on-time delivery without sacrificing quality.

• Label containers according to company/regulatory policies
• Sorting and packaging of components
• Promptly and accurately process production jobs from start to completion
• Dispense liquids containing chemicals using good laboratory practices
• Complete all required documentation for proper traceability of a production lot
• Follow company, industry, state, federal safety standards
• Operate a variety of basic lab equipment
• Follow established company SOP and ISO 9001, ISO 13485 Guidelines
• Other duties as assigned

• Ability to lift 30 lbs
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Ability to obtain respirator certification upon hire
• Strong attention to detail
• Communication skills a must

• Production and manufacturing experience
• Experience working with a manufacturing software system

Pay: $18.00/hr – $19.00/hr

Hours:

Monday – Friday, Flexible start time between 6:30 AM and 9:00 AM with manager determination.

Omega Bio-tek’s headquarters are located in Norcross, Georgia, about 25 miles outside of downtown Atlanta. We own and operate a 38,000 ft² facility. We offer products for manual and automated processing and we support our customers by having Hamilton Microlab® STAR™, Beckman Coulter Biomek® FX, and Thermo Fisher® instruments in-house.
