Are you a skilled machine operator with experience in woodworking or millwork production? We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Millwork Machine Operator to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll operate specialized woodworking machinery to create high-quality custom millwork products for residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate millwork machinery such as Edge bander, CNC routers, Beam saw, Sanders, and planers
- Set up machines and calibrate settings to meet precise measurements and specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders
- Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot minor issues
- Work collaboratively with production team to meet deadlines and quality standards
- 2+ years of experience in millwork or woodworking machine operation preferred
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, etc.)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Comfortable lifting materials and standing for extended periods
- Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in a manufacturing environment
