The Marketing Specialist reports to the Marketing manager and is responsible for marketing communications/e-newsletters, content creation for website and sales app, and administrative support of events.

• Manage and write website product content, corrections, news feed updates, CRM integration, and distribution of leads.
• Create e-blast content and dissemination for dealer-focused e- newsletters, collaborating with external agencies.
• Update sales app with new content, notifications, and monitor user registrations.
• Sales administrative support for dealer trainings/events and trade shows, including reservations, registrations, badges, transportation, etc.
• Manage DAM (digital asset management) organization and distribution
• Light, occasional travel, as needed to support company events, planned, or unexpected.
• Driver’s license required.

• Detail-oriented, strong organizational skills, verbal and writing skills
• Must be able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Suite, Constant Contact
• Working knowledge of Word Press and/or Drupal website CMS software a must
• Ability to represent the company with the highest professional manner
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

The work environment is a non-smoking office environment. No heavy lifting required. Mostly sitting with computer and phone usage. Accommodation can be made for handicapped employees. Some travel to the Product Center required. Driver’s license required.
