Schedule and Compensation- Part-time weekday schedule based on surgical volume.
- No routine nights, weekends, holidays, or overnight call.
- Competitive hourly compensation.
- Four-hour minimum compensation once the CRNA reports for a scheduled clinical shift.
- Paid mandatory orientation, meetings, emergency drills, and administrative responsibilities.
- Compensation for extended clinical days, as applicable.
- Designated administrative hours included in the part-time W-2 position.

- Anticipated transition to full-time employment as surgical volume grows.
The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) provides anesthesia and anesthesia-related care to appropriate adult patients undergoing cosmetic surgery at The Drainless Aesthetic Institute’s on-site surgical facility.
The CRNA practices in accordance with Georgia law, Georgia Board of Nursing requirements, professional standards, facility policies, credentialing and privileging requirements, and the anesthesia care structure adopted by the facility.
Following approval through the facility’s documented credentialing and privileging process, the CRNA may provide general anesthesia using endotracheal intubation or a supraglottic airway, including a laryngeal mask airway (LMA), as well as monitored anesthesia care and deep sedation, as appropriate and within granted privileges.
Essential Clinical Responsibilities- Perform and document pre-anesthetic assessments, including reviews of medical history, anesthesia-related risk factors, laboratory results, and other relevant testing.
- Participate in determining patient readiness and suitability for anesthesia.
- Develop and implement individualized anesthesia plans within authorized practice requirements and granted privileges.
- Provide induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
- Manage the patient’s airway and monitor physiologic status throughout anesthesia.
- Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patient condition and anesthesia-related complications.
- Maintain complete and accurate anesthesia records, including medications, dosages, administration times, monitoring, interventions, and significant clinical events.
- Participate in post-anesthesia care, including safe PACU handoff and anesthesia-related discharge assessment.
- Participate in emergency-response and patient-transfer protocols.
- Perform and document required pre-use and daily checks of the anesthesia machine, oxygen, suction, airway equipment, emergency medications, and rescue equipment.
- Ensure that appropriate airway, emergency, and rescue equipment is readily available.
