We are seeking a highly detailed and disciplined Quality Control Auditor/Operations Quality Control Specialist to audit every work order from start to finish. This role ensures strict adherence to company protocols and procedures, documents missed steps, and prepares accountability reports impacting payroll. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, consistency, and operational excellence.

Position Summary
  • Full‑time, detail‑oriented position responsible for reviewing every work order from start to finish (A–Z) to ensure all company protocols, policies, and established procedures are followed.
  • Acts as the final accountability checkpoint before payroll processing, identifying missed steps, protocol violations, or incomplete work and generating detailed reports outlining deficiencies with corresponding time or pay deductions.
  • Requires extreme attention to detail, mastery of company policies, and an objective, consistent, and fair approach while enforcing standards.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Work Order Review & Auditing:
    Review 100% of completed work orders from initiation to close‑out, verify each stage against protocol, ensure all required documentation is present, and confirm accuracy of reported labor time and materials.
  • Maintain full knowledge of all company policies, SOPs, and operational procedures.
  • Apply standards consistently, with zero favoritism or bias.
  • Create a Quality Control Report for each audited work order, including:
    • Work order number and date
    • Staff members involved
    • Protocol(s) missed or violated
    • Clear explanation of what was missed
    • Assigned responsibility
    • Recommended time or pay deduction per company policy
  • Maintain organized digital/physical records of all QC reports and submit weekly summaries to management prior to payroll processing.
  • Calculate time or pay deductions based on missed steps, incomplete documentation, failure to follow procedure, or rework.
  • Coordinate with payroll/management for proper implementation of deductions.
  • Identify recurring compliance issues and recommend improvements, training, policy clarifications, or disciplinary actions.
  • Assist in updating SOPs to eliminate ambiguity or inefficiencies.
