Tailored Smoke ATL is looking for a dependable, energetic, and team-oriented Barback to support our bartenders and keep the bar operating smoothly throughout service. The Barback plays an important role behind the scenes—keeping the bar stocked, clean, organized, and ready for service while providing excellent support to the bar team and helping create a seamless guest experience.

• Stock and restock liquor, beer, mixers, garnishes, glassware, ice, and bar supplies
• Keep the bar, back bar, coolers, and service areas clean and organized
• Assist bartenders with setup, service, and closing duties
  
  Deliver glassware, beverages, and supplies quickly and efficiently
• Maintain adequate ice and product levels throughout the shift
• Clear and maintain bar areas as needed
• Assist with opening, closing, events, and VIP experiences
• Support the team during high-volume periods and anticipate bartender needs
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Communicate low-stock items, equipment concerns, and guest needs to management
• Jump in wherever needed to keep service moving
