Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety of others.

• Bag groceries at checkout for customers, striving for at least five items per bag without damage.
• Follow best practices for bagging in various types of bags (reusable, plastic, paper).
• Assist in removing merchandise from carts for checkout.
• Offer to help customers load bags into their cars.
• Perform basic shelf conditioning and inform customers of grocery specials.
• Return merchandise to shelves and gather/return shopping carts.
• Clean spills, trash, and all areas inside and outside the store.
• Handle seasonal merchandise and assist with store layout and price checks.
• Reinforce safety programs and adhere to food safety regulations.
• Inspect equipment and report repairs needed.
• Create a welcoming environment and assist customers with questions about products.
• Follow all laws and company guidelines, work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, and manage conflicts professionally.
• Support and assist minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
