Customer Service & Merchandising Associate; Part-Time

AVI Food systems is looking for a friendly and hard-working team member to fill the role of Customer Service Attendant in Newnan, GA. This is a part-time position.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Receive and organize deliveries of merchandise, including soft drinks, bakery products, snacks, specialty foods and other food service products at client locations.

· Merchandise products according to established standards, ensuring shelves, coolers, vending machines and/or market displays and designated product areas are fully stocked, organized and visually appealing.

· Rotate merchandise and remove expired, damaged or stale products.

· Ensure refrigerated and perishable products are properly stored and maintained.

· Maintain attractive, clean and organized product displays and merchandising areas.

· Monitor product assortment and communicate inventory needs, shortages and customer preferences.

· Provide friendly, professional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.

· Follow all food safety, sanitation and merchandising standards.

· Ability to perform calculations in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
