Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team in Norcross, GA. This role is ideal for someone looking to start their career in industrial sales and who is eager to learn and grow within our company. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with maintenance managers and facility managers in the manufacturing sector, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions that enhance their operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify potential clients within the manufacturing industry and initiate contact to introduce our products.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop strong relationships with maintenance managers and facility managers, understanding their unique challenges and needs.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the value and benefits of our offerings.
  • Needs Assessment: Listen to clients, ask probing questions, and provide recommendations based on their specific operational requirements.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
