Recruitment for European companies in the AmericasOn behalf of one of our clients, manufacturer of lighting systems, we are seeking a RSM East located in the Greater Atlanta Area to cover a multi-state territory. The position reports to the Executive VP of Sales.
Candidate profile- Bachelor’s degree in business or job-related field
- 5-10 years of progressive executive sales experience
- Previous experience in the lighting industry helpful but not required
- Solid understanding of the sales process from qualifying to closing
- Great hunting and farming skill are required to succeed
- Experience with Fortune 500 companies helpful
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Solid analytical skills, with an innate drive to succeed
- Capability to travel to assigned sales territory (amount of travel is ~50%)
- Highly competitive starting salary
