We are currently seeking to fill an Outside Sales Representative role in our Norcross, Georgia location. This is a full‑time position. A successful candidate will be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skills, and abilities required.
Key Responsibilities- Create and achieve an annual budget for the identified market (DEVELOP / MAINTAIN / GROW).
- Achieve sales goal/commitment to Commercial Van Interior for your respective location.
- Achieve revenue goals for a specified percentage of market opportunity.
- Solicit orders from qualified commercial dealers for upfitted vans and chassis through our OEM‑supported bailment pool.
- Solicit orders for upfitted vans and chassis from dealers’ inventory.
- Collaborate with the inside sales team to deliver a one‑team approach for the customer experience before, during and after the sale.
- Work with Sales Manager to ensure the customer solution proposed is suitable for BOTH the customer and CTV – responsible for building a mutually beneficial partnership.
- Partner with strategic partners to perform joint consultations and create solutions with customers in the market, as opportunities become available.
- Ability to HUNT and FARM simultaneously.
- Strong hunter (GROW).
- Effective farmer (MAINTAIN + DEVELOP).
- Attitude and teamwork.
- Strong knowledge of basic van interiors and ladder racks.
- Knowledge of cab chassis body applications.
- Knowledge of all bodies and equipment including brand names available for purchase from CTV.
- Results‑oriented: exceeds goals and pushes self and team.
- Strong listening skills.
- Empathy for the customer.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- Strong communication skills (all forms).
- Ability to deal with conflict effectively.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; company will consider a combination of education and experience.
- Strong Office Knowledge and Calendar Skills.
- Must meet and maintain all requirements to be a “Driver” as defined in Adrian Steel Fleet Corporate Driving Policy.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Acceptable driving record (Adrian Steel authorized).
