Technical Sales Specialist – Milacron

Milacron is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist to join our team in Norcross, GA. The role involves developing comprehensive sales quotations, tracking order progress, addressing customer and internal issues, supporting the sales organization, and coordinating with manufacturing to set delivery dates and resolve problems.

• Prepare sales quotations for the sales organization.
• Enter orders and record order details accurately.
• Advise and support sales and customers on selection of appropriate equipment for specific applications.
• Communicate with the sales force, customers, and internal teams.
• Investigate problem orders and propose improvement suggestions.
• Relay confirmed ship dates to sales and customers.
• Assist in the development of sales tools.
• Provide input on sales quotations and track order progress to resolve issues.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a specialty product environment.
• Proficiency reading and understanding engineering drawings for accurate quoting.
• Review and interpret pre-inspection reports for quoting screw rebuilds.
• Proficiency with PC-based applications, including Microsoft Office.

• 2–3 years of related experience or equivalent combinations of experience and training.
• Associate’s degree in Business or Mechanical Engineering (or similar).
