Project Sales Consultants are part of the In-Home Outside Sales Team. This full-time position offers 100% commission-based pay with W-2 benefits, where reps typically earn between $45K and $80K, with top performers earning up to $90K+ annually. Reps visit the local sales office once a week, with remaining appointments scheduled via email to be attended from home. Consultants' territories cover approximately up to 2 hours around their home zip code.

This is not door-to-door sales; consumers contact Sears requesting estimates on our Home Improvement Products.

This position offers excellent compensation, with pre-confirmed and pre-set appointments with customers. We provide all necessary tools and training, including paid training, a laptop with design software, and a fuel reimbursement plan. No experience is necessary, as Sears trains passionate individuals. There is no cap on commission earnings, offering unlimited earning potential.

Responsibilities / Requirements:
1. Extensive local travel using a personal vehicle to attend appointments.
2. Valid driver’s license and appropriate automobile insurance.
3. Ability to lift sample cases up to 40 lbs.
4. Proficiency in computer skills.
5. Ability to work a 5-day week, including Saturdays, with flexibility for additional days and hours.
6. Effective negotiation and communication skills.
7. Excellent customer service, listening, and influencing skills with a passion for customer satisfaction.
8. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
