We are hiring an Executive Accounts Manager to own revenue growth through enhancements and projects, and to protect retention through proactive client management. This role is the primary customer-facing leader for key accounts and will build the sales and customer-facing operating system .

You will lead the client relationship and the sales motion, and you will work closely with operations leadership to ensure excellent delivery and a smooth handoff from sold work to executed work.

• Identify and develop new opportunities
• Own the enhancements and project sales pipeline
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Seek out and participate in networking events and opportunities
• Monitor and report on key metrics to ensure sales goals are met

• Proven experience in sales and account management in landscaping, grounds maintenance or property services
• Strong horticulture knowledge, with the ability to confidently walk properties, identify issues and opportunities, and recommend solutions
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
