Installation Technician, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic

JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Appliance Installer is responsible for delivering and installing kitchen and laundry appliances. This position will provide superior service in retail customers’ homes.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Proficient with the installation of high‑end brand products and appliances such as Sub‑Zero/Wolf, Viking, Dacor, Thermador, Miele, Bosch, and Jenn‑Air.
- Must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver appliances ranging in weight, with most items falling between 35–300 pounds, using proper lifting techniques and equipment to ensure safety.
- Ability to effectively communicate, both inside and outside of the company.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residential accounts.
- Maintain truck and inventory in good order.
- Inspect appliance components to ensure they are working properly.
- Competent in filling out daily reports and reconciling parts orders and service calls.
- Complete billing and invoicing paperwork.
- Lift and move heavy appliances in a safe manner.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience installing high‑end brand products and appliances.
- Proficiency with various hand tools.
- 1 to 3 years’ refrigeration experience.
- Seal system certification required.
- Clean driving record required.
- Detail oriented with strong organization skills.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience installing high‑end brand products and appliances.
- National Appliance Service Technician Certification.
