As a Master Plumber on our Atlanta‑Buford team, you will support Installation teams in delivering five‑star shower installation and bath remodel experiences. You will report directly to the General Manager and work closely with the Installation Manager, Lead Installers, and Warehouse/Operations professionals.

• Serve as the subject matter expert at your branch for all plumbing‑related operations.
• Balance your schedule with both office (~30%) and field work (~70%).
• Review all upcoming jobs with the Installation Manager and obtain applicable permits.
• Schedule rough‑in inspections and help facilitate pre‑install and on‑site final inspections.
• Respond to service calls and assist Installers with plumbing‑related questions over the phone or via site visits.
• Act as primary backup to the Installation Manager and assist with scheduling installations, completing pre‑install inspections, and ordering products as needed.

• An active Georgia Master Plumber License in good standing for the designated territory.
• A passion for using your plumbing expertise to develop the skills of those around you.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must have a valid smartphone or smart device to log into Company required systems using two‑factor authentication.

  Non‑exempt role with standard hours Monday – Friday 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM.
