Warehouse Associate – IT & Data Center Equipment

We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to support our warehouse operations in Norcross, GA. This role is key in handling, organizing, and shipping IT and data center equipment efficiently.

• Experience: 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory management experience, preferably in IT, electronics, or related industries.
• Attention to Detail:
  Ability to accurately track inventory and follow shipping procedures.
• Basic Technical Knowledge:
  Familiarity with IT hardware (servers, networking, storage) is a plus but not required.
• Physical Requirements:
  Ability to lift and move equipment, stand for extended periods, and operate warehouse tools.
• Team Player:
  Works well with colleagues and follows instructions efficiently.
• Forklift Experience:
  Preferred but not required.

• Receive & Organize Inventory:
  Unload, inspect, and store incoming IT hardware, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Order Fulfillment:
  Pick, pack, and prepare shipments of networking and data center equipment.
• Inventory Management:
  Track and maintain accurate stock levels, assist with periodic inventory counts, and report discrepancies.
• Equipment Handling:
  Ensure proper storage and safe handling of servers, networking gear, and structured cabling components.
• Shipping & Logistics Support:
  Prepare items for shipment, work with carriers, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain Warehouse Cleanliness:
  Keep work spaces organized and follow safety procedures.
