Capstone Logistics is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Pallet Wrappers to join our warehouse team in Norcross, GA. This role plays a critical part in preparing outbound freight for shipment by ensuring pallets are securely wrapped, stable, and ready for transportation. WhatYou'll Do
- Wrap completed pallets using stretch wrap machines and/or manual wrapping methods
- Inspect pallets to ensure loads are stable, secure, and shipment-ready
- Label, organize, and stage pallets for outbound shipping
- Assist with pallet building and freight preparation as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
- Support additional warehouse functions as assigned by site leadership
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Previous warehouse, pallet wrapping, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
