Location: Norcross, GA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Lead to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, order picking, packing, and shipping. This role also provides day-to-day guidance to warehouse staff and helps ensure efficient and accurate warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate daily warehouse activities and support team productivity
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods; report discrepancies or damage
- Organize inventory and maintain accurate records
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Prepare shipping documents and coordinate with carriers
- Perform inventory checks and support physical inventory counts
- Monitor product quality and resolve routine operational issues
- Maintain warehouse safety standards and proper equipment usage
- Inspect and report issues with warehouse equipment
- Manage warehouse supplies such as pallets, labels, and packing materials
- Experience in warehouse operations or logistics required
- Previous lead or team coordination experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Basic computer skills; ability to use shipping and inventory systems
- Ability to work independently and support a team environment
- Ability to lift and move warehouse items as required
