Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking a very compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced Home Health Aide and/or CNA for the Middleboro area to assist our senior client who requires support and companionship.

• 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Other service areas:
Bridgewater, West Bridgewater, Raynham, Middleboro.

• Assist with Activities of Living and personal care
• Assist with light housekeeping
• Encourage walking, exercise, and range‑of‑motion activities
• Provide stimulating conversation and companionship
• Encourage fluid intake and prepare meals in accordance with orders/Care Plan
• Document shift activities digitally using a smartphone
• Report concerns promptly to the Traditions home health services office support team
• Provide care for Veteran clients when available

• Home Health Aide Certification or CNA Certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience with your certification
• Keen compassion, reliability, and strong interpersonal skills
• Experience caring for patients with dementia and performing catheter care
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a CORI check
• Current TB test, Quanti
  
  FERON Gold Test, or X‑ray
• Excellent spoken, reading, and written English communication skills
• Owned smartphone required for documentation
